Simple hotel located really close to Derry worthwhile, the pubs and restaurants and the town centre. Particularly good and brilliant location, at a medium distance from Bloody Sunday Memorial. Also, in the middle of the city. Nice design of interiors in deluxe double room. A wide array of goodies for breakfast...

The location was very favourable for
Those visiting Ulster University and made it easy to explore the city. The check-in process was seamless, and the spacious shower cabin added comfort. I found the night to be quite hot, and noise from neighbors was an issue at times.

missingWrote a review on 11 Nov
The check-in process felt a bit impersonal, relying on smartphone communication which might confuse those unfamiliar with the area. I found the mattress in the double room rather too soft, impacting my sleep quality. The kitchen was missing a sponge for washing, and there were dusty corners in the room that hadn't been cleaned. Lastly, the lack of good Wi-Fi instructions left me frustrated. I had to hunt around to figure it out.

The highs and the lows
Fine artwork throughout and a perfect kitchen setup for groups. Located just 10-15 minutes from the town center, it was ideal for exploring Derry!
The double room's mattress felt too soft,. The separate bathroom was inconvenient, being located on a different floor.

The absence of personal service and reliance on smartphone communication created confusion, especially for those unfamiliar with the area. The room lacked basic amenities and cleanliness, and a mattress was notably saggy. There were some positives, including delicious snacks available, which helped ease the frustration of my visit.

While the facility featured friendly residents, noise levels at night were disruptive, which could affect light sleepers. The grilled Teppanyaki fish served was good. For a more comfortable stay, improvements in room size and noise management would be beneficial.
